Neil's guitar was much hotter than last night, and his voice was better too. Big Rustie contingent down in front, of course. But the most important thing about the whole event was...

Astrid and Pegi waved to me! At the start of Welfare Mothers I jumped up and down and waved when they came out. Astrid gave me a big smile and a wave, and Pegi gave me a little smile and wave.

Getting to see Neil and the Horse from ten feet away in one of the most beautiful little theaters in the country, surrounded by friends -- it just doesn't get better!

And... did I mention that Astrid and Pegi waved to me??

Whoo hooo!!
