In 1996, new Rustie Ta Shunka Witco decided to contribute to Rust a list of anagrams of Neil's name that he'd derived. Folks found it interesting, and proceded to submit definitions of some of the resulting phrases.

Though Geoff subsequently went a bit beyond the fringe by posting a gigantic list of anagrams of Frank Sampedro, the Neil list -- along with the definitions -- is indeed worthy of archiving here for your enjoyment...
